Every so often we feature an interesting vintage tee that’s currently on the eBay auction block. Please feel free to link us if you create or discover an auction we might like.

led zeppelin concert jersey

Description:vintage 1975 Led Zeppelin concert shirt jersey

Sold by: irritatedaunt

What the Seller Says: This is a one of a kind Jersey from the promoter for very few VIP’s, is in great condition. A relative owned Concerts West. I have stored it for 30 years! This really is an exceptional item and will be the crown jewel in any memorabilia collection.

What I Say: I can’t argue with that. In less than 24 hours the item already has four bids elevating the price to $455, with 8 days left in the auction. They also have a similar Frank Sinatra jersey posted with no action as of yet.

Check out another vintage led zeppelin that recently fetched a fortune.

Final Price: $898.00

Good eye, good link! Repro? I think no. There was probably only a handful made with names – most likely the band members and a few others got that special treatment.

Where would you even begin making a repro like that? Find an exact match vintage hockey jersey – (a small I might add, counterfeiter could be more likely to go with a large size) print various patches and sew them on – then do the set up for the written embroidery on the back and individually attach all the letters. Then offer up a Frank Sinatra jersey at the same time to throw us off track? Sounds a little far fetched….

and p.s. the sinatra jersey has a name on the arm.
