Triumphant

Every so often we feature an interesting vintage clothing piece that’s currently up for grabs on eBay. Please inform us if you create or discover an auction we might like by posting a link to the listing on our forum.

vintage triumph motorcycle t-shirt

Item: vintage 1950s Triumph Motorcycle t-shirt

Brand: ColFast by Victoria Products

Sold By: blackrebelvintage

What the Seller Says: ORIGINAL VINTAGE TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE T-SHIRT. I BELIEVE THAT IT’S FROM THE 50s OR EARLY 60s.

What we Say: According to Wiki Motocross originated in Britain in the 1920s but was introduced to the U.S. in 1966. Given the tag is a product of St. Louis, it’s most likely from the 1960s. Elementary my dear aficionados. Although, maybe this isn’t even Motocross and I’m an idiot. Anyone? Beuller?

Final Price: $248.00

I always liked this picture from an economics textbook. That’s one way to attract attention to the subject of economics.
