Brand #1: Screen Stars

Era: Late 70s – Mid 90s
Information: Screen Stars is a staple within the vintage tee community and considered by some enthusiasts as one of the best fitting, best quality vintage t-shirt brands. It was first manufactured in the late 1970s and went on to become the screen printing industry’s choice blank throughout the 1980s. The tag has featured numerous design incarnations throughout its existence which has displayed sizing from kids to a rare vintage adult XXXL.
In the 1990s the label read “Screen Stars Best” which eventually became a branded extension of the Fruit of the Loom corporation. It’s unclear if FOTL manufactured Screen Stars since its inception or acquired it during later years.

Nike Air Challenge Court

I just sold these Nike Challenge Court from 1988-1989…
It’s always sad to part from shoes you really like but I prefer them to be with somebody who enjoys them. These were really cool shoes, 100% wearable but not my size.
I already have way too many shoes…. and having a room full with shoes you don’t even take out their boxes is a little bit silly.
I’m at that stage that I don’t need anymore shoes to appreciate them.
Also, it’s funny how much hatemail I receive through eBay auctions….I really don’t understand why these people bother to write me for selling vintage Nike shoes.
Well, I guess they’re a bit frustrated.

Wow… Nike Blazer size 17 and made in Japan…and a rare early Nike box (if somebody has more info on these boxes – please share) for $325 USD… not bad at all.
