Lorber?

Anyone familiar with the Lorber brand(especially the California experts)? My little bro in Southern California just scooped up a '91 G&R / Skid Row concert shirt on Lorber tag. I know they're a CA company and were around in 1991, but that's about it. Tag looks cheap and shirt is 100% cotton. Pretty sure it's not an official tour shirt, but mainly interested in if it is an original parking lot bootleg or reissue. Wish I had more info, but all I saw was a couple of pictures on my phone. That just SOUNDS fake to me. Like the brands of TV Homer Simpson found at the outlet stores: Sorny, Magnetbox, etc.
