URGENT: this K Mart tag is from which era??

i'm gonna buy a band shirt with this tag...
but there is no copyright on the printing...
now i need your help to identify this tag are from which era?
1970s @ 1980s @ repro??
as we all know, K Mart is a well knowned mart in usa, but there is no "made in usa" written on the tag...

Probably a reprint on a k-mart blank. What's the print? Who is the seller?
