Tag Trading???????

I got a good deal on a gnr 1988 shirt but was surprised when i got shirt it had a springford label on it when i purchased it.When i got it the shirt had a screen stars tag on it i could see where the springford tag was ripped off.Is tags that important shirt was orignal vintage.Is tag trading that important now?

It's probably a noob seller who didn't know that Springford made alot of great 80s tees. I really can't think of any sort of justification. It would be interesting to fire an email off to the seller and see what they say.
