Can anyone help me date this sweatshirt?

Wolf is one of those coolest obscure brands. It many times made a meal out of the Bantam rooster when farmer Ched forgot to lock the pen.

Always thought of it as purely 80s...this one must be with that that much garment care text.

I figured it was probably the early 1980's. Being born and raised in Maine - and currently living in Maine, I have never seen this style graphic.
