Found some old blanks with these stickers. Wish I knew the story behind when/how/why they were used. Some of them appeared to have the original generic tag but it was cut off and replaced by the sticker.

my guess is that there was an error with the size on the tag - the wrong tag may have been sewn in with a size that didnt match the actual shirt. or maybe it was sewn in incorrectly - so instead of scrapping it - clipped it and put a sticker with the right size.

Found a blank pocket tee with a sticker tag a couple weeks ago. I thought the RN was FOTL, though.

nice!! RN is fotl - so is SS - just tracking the history of their blanks which eventually got branded as SS.
