I think that most official concert tees tend to have a copyright, but there were also bootlegs back then. It could be a original vintage piece but really it's a combination of factors that would date the shirt. Do you have pictures? what material is the shirt? no label, right?
Have vintage Elvis tees? Let me know!

sorry crazybubba..now i cannot upload the photo because now i studying abroad and most of my vintage shirt i leave at my parents house..
..most of the vintage band shirt that i found does't have copyright having 'tee swing' tag on the neck.It is 50% cotton and 50% polyester material..This Jun i will back to my country,i will try upload the picture of vintage poison shirt that i got last year..i seriously doubt that shirt originally vintage or some reproduction..i will share with you,crazybubba..thanks coz helping me :D
