Are Polo Hi-tech patch jackets from 1992?

Be sure to post the results as well. My dad's got an old polo sport jacket in the closet and while it doesn't have the cookie/suicide ski/wing/teddy emblem, I wonder if there's a market for ordinary polo gear.
