Artex

I've seen plenty of Artex tags, but never like this one. Has anyone else seen this tag before?

Seen it a few times, but it's definitely less prominent than the other kinds of Artex tags.

Here's one I have from a late 80s Cubs shirt, so I'd say that's probably a tag they used in between eras or something for a brief time
