"Crazy Shirts" San Francisco T-Shirt - Era?

Post by mrs_stout »

Hi -- I'm new here, so hello to everyone! I came across this shirt and can't be sure which era it is, although I suspect 90s. Any help? Thanks!

Welcome! What is the measurement from pit to pit in inches?

Thanks for the welcome!

The shirt is just about 21" from pit to pit

21" is pretty large pit-to-pit for a M in the 80s. Although it hasn't been washed. The all-over style extended coverage of the print makes me think it's safer to label as 90s.

80's San Fran touristy tees were more campy like this:

Agreed Jimmy. Mid to late 90's. I was never a fan of the big overall graphics but they sure were popular there for a while. 8-)
