Beatles Yesterday shirt

Could this Beatles shirt be true vintage or faked?
Can't find anything like it.
Found this shirt at a yard sale, the kids who lived there now in their 50s.
I Believe in Yesterday, Beatles.
Small lettering Reunite within image.
Made in USA. Mint condition.
RN 13765 goes to Union Underwear Company, seems to be FOL.
Three photos. Any advice would help from all you pros.

True vintage, but a combo of heat transfer and felt letters - probably made in a head shop or t-shirt shop in the 1970s. Not very valuable. :(
