I can't quite make out what the surf one says?

Man I wish that Pac-Man was a size L adult. Consumers Distributing! Oh how I remember getting their catalog and freaking out over all the toys. Then I also remember going into the store, filling out the little chit with the product number - and the employee vanishing into the back of the warehouse - and coming back with nothing. I remember trying to get the Return of the Jedi biker scout - visiting three different stores and they didn't have it at any of them.

Anywho, the size on the Pac-Man will hurt the value - looks deadstock...will shrink even more after a wash - so might have to hold out for a funky parent to buy it for their kid.
