Powell Skate Tee - 1978... or is it?

Thanks Defunkd for linking me here. These are quick pics of the tee in question. Like I said the tag is missing, or it would of been easier for me to figure. If you are familiar with the original tag from a shirt that would of been made in 1978, you will probably be able to see from the remnant if it was the Stedman brand you mentioned,as it's kind of obvious it was a horizontal tag in black.









If anyone has any insight on this tee, it would be appreciated!

Hi Stacey. That print is copyrighted from 1978, but that shirt is a repro. Pre 1983 Powell shirts would most likely have a an RP, Stedman or Healthknit tag. None of those used to be on the tee pictured. Hope that helps!
