Are these Nike hi-dunks?

I picked these up at a re-sale shop a couple days ago. Can any one ID them? They don't have any info but they're made in Vietnam. Are they old or reissues? thanks

I'm not a specialist but they look old. The new ones usually have a nike label on the tongue-back that says a date of manufacture.

As far as I am aware,that was never an issued colourway in 1985.
They are new.
