Romulus Von Stezelberger South Paradiso Leather WARNING!

This is a heads up to anyone planning on doing business with this chap. To make a long story short, he took us for $3000 during a transaction for a vintage leather East West jacket.
I run a clothing mill that is situated in the Netherlands. After discovering the jacket among our bales I was in contact with Romulus, who at the time told me he was doing a book on the subject of East West Leather Jackets. He seemed very passionate about the subject and we assumed our dealings with him would be honest. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way.
For years after Romulus dodged our attempts to settle up. Even recently once we discovered him on Facebook he pretended we had reached the wrong person.
In recent weeks we made a final plea to settle up explaining that we would no longer be the non-internet-savvy mill on the other side of the world, and would broadcast our issues about him online as a warning to others.
He seemed agreeable at first, but now has continued to delay and waste our time. Apparently after 4 years he now claims that he used a money order to pay us and was in the process of tracking down the receipt. Strange that he didn't tell us that many years ago.
Full documentation is below: our original correspondence and deal, Romulus' claim he would make a quick payment - to the shipping receipt. Also included are some recent phone screen shots where he continues to buy time instead of just doing the right thing.
Our offer to Romulus stands - we'll be the first to report back should he complete the transaction or delete our posts if he wishes.
We will however not waste any more time dealing directly with him - that time can be better put to use ensuring the internet is sufficiently warned about him.
Thank you for your time, and should you have any shady dealings of your own to report about Romulus please do so below.
