Nice Find. There is a dedicated niche community for anything marked made in "OCCUPIED JAPAN" http://blog.rubylane.com/node/1199" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; put it up on ebay see what happens!

Unfortunately this will end up in a bundle headed for my new customer in NYC.

I've had to develop that rule for myself to keep business and pleasure separate. My ebay stuff is all from thrift stores/items picked up for personal use, that's why I sell only like 5 items a month despite having access to so much clothing. I just like to catalog really rare stuff.

Wash the scarf by hand in cold water to remove any gums or impurities that could interfere with the dyes. Wash with synthrapol and allow the silk to air-dry.
