Saw that. Normally i'd say "meh" but this one has the Granny Takes Trip art on the back, which I'd say makes it a bit historic. http://rockpopfashion.com/blog/?p=107" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm not a specialist but it's one of a kind and I think that it deserves ~$300.

let's go to the telestrator on why this auction was not a smashing success:
poor camera phone photos, lousy history lesson in the listing, i doubt the print on the back is "airbrushed"- could be wrong, and most importantly VELVET UNDERGROUND is not even in the auction title! i wish i could have bought this to flip it.

my eye went right to this:
"EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: All our sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Please read our listing and review the measurements carefully. If you have any questions or concerns contact us prior to bidding. Winning bidder must pay within three days. We do not leave feedback until we receive feedback."

and this:
"International Shipping: We will ship Internationally but please contact us for cost."
Just list the international shipping cost! it takes less than a minute to figure it out.

I know what you mean. It`s unbelievable.

The surprising thing is that she actually sells some pretty nice stuff. 60 Pucci dress, east west stuff etc

Had she taken better photos of the Pucci dress. He would have easily made $300+

I love how the buyer said `OMG...better than described...thanks!"

and she didn't take a picture of the label! I don't think that she ever bothered looking at the side seams to find one.

I think some sellers believe the sub-title is searchable. Oh well, most likely a dealer bought it and it will be back online soon and listed properly ;)

Yeah the listing could have been a lot better, but if there are not more than two people willing to start a bidding war then this is how it ends. We've all seen items with terrible photos and descriptions that have reached astronomical levels.

I doubt this seller cares much for vintage clothes. These are some of the worst descriptions ever: http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-COMIX-ART-T ... 0388756394" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; " I should mention that the shirt looks blue in the photo, but it is white."

This is just too funny to be true. She's amazing stuff with auction listings that are the complete opposite.

I'm going to save the seller to my ebay. Maybe i can pick up a great deal or two myself.

already added her!

i know that it's mostly luck, but it never hurts to try to stack the deck in your favor, especially if you have something very uncommon.

it seems the days of bidding wars are over in the vintage t world, but weren't they great while they lasted?
