When somebody else has your piece of merch

Picked up a lovely Portishead shirt, and was chuffed with its potentially-lucrative scarcity- but as is often the case, there's more than one of these in the thrift shops and someone in Ontario has another exact copy. For considerably less than I was going to sell it.

Should I price it marginally lower and sell faster? Or should I sell higher, wait for him to sell it, and then have the genuine-vintage market for this all to my self?

Matt from vintageretrowear tends to get a lot of deadstock, so waiting it out might not be best, he probably has a few duplicates waiting in the wings...in which case...it's not super rare on eBay...

I dig Portishead, but that's the plainest shirt i've ever seen.
