I use to work at a guitar shop about 4 years ago and out of the blue yesterday a former customer of mine reached out to me to help him sell a few band shirts that don’t fit him anymore. He went to all these show and got the t shirts there. He also has a Kinks shirt and REM shirt somewhere he’s looking to sell.

My real questions is about the X shirt in the next post, though any other advice would be awesome.

Sorry for the photos, he just sent them to me last night.

Billy Joel 1983 Male Love shirt ones been on ebay but hasn’t sold for $250 It looks like one has sold for $28 and another for $50

I really dig that X shirt.

There was a X shirt from 1990 that sold for $50

But then there was another shirt "White girl", which is a song off their 1981 album Wild Gift, not sure if the shirt is from the same era, it went for $21.

The X shirt should sell at $100 or more at a fixed price, though it may take time to find the right buyer. Probably not so in a 7 day auction. That's assuming it's at least a large. Medium shirts take longer to sell. Surprised the "white girl" shirt only sold for $21. It was probably either newer, or white hipster guys don't want to wear a shirt with "white girl" on it.

BTW, I think you meant Billy Idol.....not Billy Joel. In '83 Joel was in his boring Christie Brinkley Love phase, while the edgier Idol was Dancing with Himself.
