think that's Bob Marley on this bootleg- distressed in parts to transparency, pink rings on a brown shirt, Towncraft Plus tag. 19.5" p2p/30" bc2h. Worth a mint? Worth $20? Not even Bob Marley? Pls advise.

No idea about value, but it's a very nice find.
Have vintage Elvis tees? Let me know!

That's gotta be a home screen printing job- Towncraft was JC Penney's house brand back in the day and there's no way they promoted Bob Marley's image, especially back then.

Tiny Pony also used to feature a lot of TownCraft brand stuff, so that makes sense. Maybe it's originally from them.

Gaah... in the lag time between writing the remarks and getting a definitive response I put it up and sold it for $40. He hasn't paid yet... gaah! Is there no chance it's a home boot from back in the day? (It's from the pound store in Toronto, so the chances of it being Tiny Pony are rather remote.)
