Now! It's Miller Time

Found this shirt the other day and it has me intrigued. With a foreign tag, a slogan that started in the early 60's, and a Cold War that lasted the greater part of the century, I'm having trouble zeroing in on a time period for it. The tag is Korean from the Yunhi Co. and has a dragon and tiger on it. Anyone seen anything like this around?
