oddball ADIDAS t-shirt

Looking for some information on this Adidas tee, I haven't come across one like it before. The design (small on the chest, large on the back) reminds me of some of the Lendl gear that Adidas put out back in the day, not sure if this piece is related to that or something different (or nothing notable at all).

Thoughts? The tee is in excellent shape. Thanks in advance.
