100% cotton. The tag is marked large. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 19 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 21 inches

Great condition! There is a small hole on the front (see picture), a small separation at the seam on the shoulder which could be repaired easily (see picture), and a sun-streak on the right shoulder. Other than that it's beautiful!
