50/50 cotton/poly blend. The tag is marked XL. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 22 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 28 inches

Excellent condition! There's a very small hole at the bottom, but other than that it's perfect!
