We do have one entry for that in our archive, but interestingly there's no "&" so they either dropped it, re-added it, or there's a possibility it's another brand?

Here's another version of the tag, never any RN present on them. I've also seen a blue-based version of it that was XS 10/12.

After researching this quite a bit, I can't nail down exactly what era it is. I've seen at least one shirt with this tag listed as 00s.

They also seem to almost always have one-color prints, so high likelihood it's a vintage bootleg.
