I’m stumped on this jacket all I know is that it is Fila and made in Italy 100% cotton. Not sure on age or style. any have any clues or can anyone point me it the direction of someone who might have answers.

Looks like something out of the late 80s or 90s to me. But yeah, I am no expert, and good question on who would know. Josh @invtgwetrust on IG may have a better idea - since he's an expert at virtually all things sporty.
