2012, women's cut, and Marley tees as a whole are widely mass produced. Not much value here sorry.

Not yet in the vintage era, still a few years away, but limited interest in Thermals. But might get ya $25 at some point.

This will be a tough sell because of the cut, will appeal to women only, probably not anything of significant value at the moment.

Agree. For the record the concern is valid - there is a fake version of this on a Giant Tee Jays tag - here's the print you can see the differences.

Very cool. Yeah, I can't find one like it. Even the red-based ones have a different background. It's totally possible this was for the crew—or it was a test print that was given to the crew. OR, it's a vintage bootleg that was confiscated at the gig and given to the crew. When I run just the Santana ...

The tag checks out - but the 23" for a L is bizarre. Are you sure that's right? That wouldn't even be an XL Brockum.
