I've received a few negatives like this. I'll contact the buyer and offer a refund, but I've never gotten a response back from one.

Have you contacted eBay and appealed the feedback? I saw in your original listing you have a photo of the holes he was complaining about. Add that to his listing on etsy and you might have a case for feedback removal, and other possible actions taking against him for feedback abuse.

also in the banner upload part in the settings page "banner please upload an imagine exactly" should be "image" no?
