Re: Vintage Sources

Hey once they get that military coup thing sussed out I'm the next guy on a plane to Tegucigalpa. I f'cking love Honduran cigars, and will export some of those too.

But seriously It only makes sense to buy in bulk if you have a market and an infrastructure to move it on. Currently I have neither!

Re: Outsourcing

But still they come to LA on a monthly basis, buy in bulk, and pay inflated...

Re: Outsourcing

I bet quite a few of the "ropa usada" pickers are after vintage stuff since every one of the big vintage flea market sellers in LA is Mexican, and quite a few of them get some choice stuff.

Re: Outsourcing

I've been saving my quality 50-50 left overs for some screen printing experiments. If i ever get around to them that is. How is everyone's experience with Midwest? I've been considering purchasing from them but I'm a bit uncomfortable with the idea of purchasing merchandise in bulk without having th...

Re: Vintage Ralph Lauren

An excellent guide jimmy, that unfortunately I missed the first time around. You are indeed the Vintage Aficionado.

You date yourself a bit with the "cassette" reference. Last time I purchased a hip-hop album was when Wu-tang release that double cd...

Re: I'm Selling My Mysterious Boxing Shoes!

The shoes did very well! Congratulations Bubba!

The denim jacket on the other hand, meh. I have had such bad luck with denim, I am very skeptical to pick them up these days.
