I'd say this is a mid to late 80s shirt. No idea where from, Rip this Joint is a Stones song from Exile. You could probably get $50 for this if you're patient.

The '73 looks to be the authentic one from the tour - those go for 150 or so at auction on ebay. If you were patient you might be able to get a bit more although some will be turned off that it's yellow. The Keef tee is probably 80s and is a bootleg for sure.
