Wow, I found a tag that the vintage t-shirt Master hasn't seen!

Anyone ever seen this brand before? Grand Illusion Hevy-T. Pretty sure it's 80s. Tag size is large, but measures 20" pit to pit and 25" length. There's a copyright date of ©1984 under the artwork.

Wondering if anyone out there recognizes the guy on this tee. He seems to look familiar to me, but I can't put a finger on it and couldn't find anything in my Google searches (even an image search). Just want to know if he's anyone of significance!

Just an update - this one sold today for $60 in my Etsy shop after about a month. I did list it on eBay first with a starting bid of $60, but it ended without any bids so I put it for $60 in my Etsy shop and here on Defunkd right after that. Thanks again for the help and info on it!

From my research, Chooch's was a bar in North Brookfield, MA, that opened in 1991. It closed permanently back in August 2014.
