Not sure I fully understand, but remember 1996 is the date the artwork was copywritten, it's not necessarily the date the shirt was printed.

Right off the back, based on the Tanu Harlem USA tag, it sets off alarm bells.

RN 141630 was registered roughly around 2008. This is supposed to be from the 1990s.

After analyzing the print, I personally don't feel like you have to go much further than that, otherwise you're going down a rabbit hole trying to make sense of stitching. Remember, Harley tees were printed all over the world, by numerous printers, using different inks and different blanks.

Yes, but the measurements match. The tag appears to be fine. And remember there are legit reasons for tags to be like this - for one, Harley doesn't make the t-shirts, they just print on them. Sometimes for one reason or another they don't get their tags installed and often resort to this method.

It's not necessarily a reprint - remember it's 1999, and most everything is double-stitched by then.

The tag looks as though it could be remnants of a BG tag.
