Parking lot Jordan Flight tag?

This tag is on what appears to be an early 90’s bootleg Nike Jordan Flight short sleeve raglan sweatshirt. Have you ever seen this tag before?
Unfortunately I washed the sweatshirt and the tag is now blank, but I managed to get two photos. Vurl? Jurl?

It's actually YURI. First time I've seen it, that I remember anyway. But I plugged in the RN number and it came back with:
YURI MANUFACTURING CO., INC. REAR GARAGE
Rear garage sounds very bootleg-ish lol.
RN date is around 1980.
