i try to google and search your page but found nothing

Originally I thought - it's 1996 (as that's when hotmail came to be.) But could be anytime after that. Later in the 90s and beyond email wasn't as much of a novelty - as the years wore on they would have put their website instead.

Until I googled that hotmail account ( wall_of_fame83@hotmail.com ) - apparently modern day

As an update to this - I noticed the R on the Wall of Fame logo and investigated Trademarks in Thailand registered for t-shirts - and found two entries.

One of them has a banana logo like the warhol t-shirt. Could be coincidental but the fact that these are in a TM class for t-shrits (25) I think these are likely it.

I feel confident in these being post 2000s (as some have suggested 90s), that said, at this stage, some of them are likely vintage.

Here's another tag contributed by a community member that I haven't seen to date - so not exactly sure when WOF tees ceased production, if they ever did - but I can't seem to track down any modern operations.

I own a single stitched Korn shirt on one of these tags, the print has the trademark 1998 licensed by giant. I‘ve grabbed this like 2 years ago from some oldhead along a few more shirts (on Anvil, Giant and Screen Stars tags) so I think they were indeed active around 2000. I could snap pictures if anyone is interested!

That's interesting, sure love to see it

One of my fav tees, love the fade and print quality is also very good for a thai boot.
