Does somebody know in which era this tag was used? Or if it is a fake ?

Can't find this one in our database, does there happen to be an RN on the back?
Highly doubt it's fake, just an obscure tag, prob from 90s.
What is the pit to pit of the t-shirt and what's the print?

I took some more photos, I think it’s an 90s bootleg too but I was just curious about the tag

I think a vtg 90s boot! too much trouble for a counterfeiter to print on both arms, for a t-shirt that wouldn't fetch a lot.
