I have shirt the smashing pumpkins Mellon collies and the infinitive sadness tag by Hanes heavyweight Made in China, is it legit?

This is bizarre, made in China, by a Japan company.
Can you get shots of the actual print?

Sara Lee Japan Ltd. was renamed Hanesbrands Japan Ltd. after Sara Lee Corporation spun off its branded clothing business in Asia and the Americas as Hanesbrands Inc. in September 2006.

It appears to be a DTG print on a legit blank.
You can tell, DTG is terrible at doing small text. Below is what the text should look like (though I know it's not the same back, I didn't dig too long, but that back might not even be canon, maybe just stripped from CD artwork)
