Stars & Stripes Tag

Does anyone got an idea in which era those tags where made? My guess is early 2000‘s
It's been around for a while:

When searching I see lots of iterations of the tag, double tags etc, and still can't find an RN
The pit to pit might help.
But yeah, guess is, not of that actual era.
