Can anyone tell me if this tag is legit?

I can't remember if I've seen this one before, but would find it highly unlikely for it to be fake - and probably a product of the 2010s? What's the print?

This is the print: 1995 R.E.M. Monster Tour

Well, I dug a bit more, found two other examples of it on 90s shirts. I don't remember seeing it before and we have no record of it in our database, so seems to be pretty obscure.

I assumed due to the "organic" element, which was at peak as a buzzword in the late 2000s/2010s - that's when it was probably from, but looks like I was off!

There's also another one of these REM shirts with that tag on Reddit.
