Does anyone have information on those parking lot band bootlegs from the 90s? The design format was all the same along with the colors used (blue, red, black). Were they all made by the same people? Hopefully these sample pictures load

Some designs were made by the same people but it was different from city to city, artist to artist, it was the wild west of t-shirt printing.
