WHAT is this 😭 70s? collegiate pacific cropped sweatshirt

I can’t find ANYTHING like this anywhere. it seems to be a cropped ou wraparound text sweatshirt but I can’t find anything close to it. the tag is on the shoulder and has no color, which is unlike anything else I could find. this leads me to believe it’s earlier for the brand? if anyone has an idea of what it is or it’s value it would be so helpful! thanks!
