Hello all...I have a question about this t-shirt. I was wondering if it is a true vintage shirt or some sort of modern repro. It measures 22.25" from pit to pit and 27" from top to bottom. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Real! I have one that has that same type of wear. Probably 80s. I don't know if the Champion tag boosts it's value though. It might.
