Major threat out of step shirt

Trying to figure out the value of this shirt, can someone help me?

When I searched on line it looks like the stripe is usually a darker blue.. Also it's one of those shirts that have been re-printed several times over the years, so I'm not sure, I'm hoping the tag will reveal something about this shirt. Found it at an underground punk shop that sells vinyl for $5... Whatever the value is it has definitely aged well and is a pretty rad shirt!

reprinted for sure. 90s earliest. tag seems familiar but cant say for sure. not much value. whats the chest measurement?
