Led Zeppelin US Tour 1977 Made by Bay Island

I found this tee shirt at a church sale & It appears to be original but I don't know enough about it to know for sure. There is some writing under Robert Plants leg, but its so faded, I can not read it. Opinions please? Is it original? Value? Thanks!

Tags are slightly different. I'm not sure the above one is actually 80s, so might amend that.
If you do a search on eBay for: "vintage t-shirt bay island"
There's a ton of them, primarily tees from 2000+. A lot of modern licensed tees of old rock stars.
But yeah, just looking at this - the double tag, the double stitch, the design, it's not 1977.
MAYBE late 90s, probably 2000s+
Value...minimal.
