Who is on this tee? How much is it worth?

I'm pretty certain it's Jerry Garcia, the vocalist (and a lot more) of Grateful Dead.
I haven't found a sold listing in the short time I checked, but value I'd assume to be somewhere around $150-200.
But I'd recommend holding it if you have the time.
There is a movie in the works directed by Martin Scorsese, with Jonah Hill playing Jerry. I'm pretty certain the value will increase, as he was an important person of his time and not too many people are aware.
