May I get a price check on this tee? Does the stain around the collar look unsightly and affect the value?

One hasn't sold on eBay in three years, but it went for $400 when it did. And there currently isn't one available for sale.
So price high with offers, I would start at $1500 just to be sure. but it might go in the $500-1000 range.
