Hi Defunkd crew,
I just saw some Nirvana T-shirts on ebay so I dug out my old Vestibule shirt. I wore it recently to a 90s party.
I bought it from HMV in Oxford Street in London in maybe 1992. I think that was the year as I remember wearing it to my Gran's house when I was about 14 and feeling soooooo cool.
The label is worn out and it has double stitching on the shoulders and round the neck.
The body of the shirt is one piece, like a tube that's been sewn up at the shoulders.
It measures 22 inches from pit to pit. I guess it's eather a medium or a large.
Do you think it's the real deal?
Thanks

Wow. Thanks!
I only found Defunkd yesterday and an amazed by what you can tell from labels and stitching. There's so many knowledgable people here.
Can you tell anything more from the label and tube construction about who made it and when etc?
Or does that stuff not really matter or affect price?

Now wondering what other old Ts I've got stashed away in the loft.I feel a new obsession coming on :)

Bring all the tees out!

Hard to say what the original tag was, but with the circles of hell print there's lots of fine details that aren't reproduced perfectly.
