Vintage T-Shirt Forum & Community Authentication Appraisals

It recently came to my attention that my shirt that I knew was vintage might be worth a bit of money. I actually have worn it a lot in the ten years I’ve owned it (I’m a Chicagoan) and the front print is way faded compared to the others I’ve seen. It also has a Short Hills Tee tag and the one’s going for a lot seem to have one that says Top. I’m a reseller and while I know a lot of ways to spot something valuable on a tshirt I don’t know a LOT about sports specific shirts and what they should be valued at.
P2P is 23.5” and length from back of collar to bottom is 24”

These rap tee style boots have come down considerably in the last few years, probably get in the $250-$350 range.
