90s Tupac Rap Tee It's a Set UP

Hi looking for opinions on how much this shirt is worth. I've been told it is a legit boot. Prices on ebay seem mixed. Tag is faded but measures at pit to pit 21in and length 25 in.

The two confirmed sales I see this year are $500 most recently and $800 back in February.
